Maybe others think it is a waste of time?\nWhat makes us go to therapy? What are people’s experiences of\ntherapy? Why do we talk to others? Have you ever encouraged\nsomeone to attend? What would you like to know about therapy?\nThese are questions not just about therapy, but about mental\nhealth in general. I am a strong believer that therapy does not have\nto take place sitting opposite each other in a room. In fact, I think\ntherapy as we know it is changing.\nI am Dr Patricia Barber, a Counselling Psychologist passionate\nabout all things related to our mental health. I am hoping to speak\nwith a range of people from all walks of life about mental health\nand their thoughts on therapy.","icons":[{"src":"https://deow9bq0xqvbj.cloudfront.net/image-logo/10476078/Thinking_about_therapy_q4ftta_300x300.jpg","sizes":"300x300","type":"image/png"}]}
